Couples and Relationships
"We've never been happier or in a better place than we are now. Thank you Jenny. A & C, London.
“The ambiance in the therapy room feels so relaxing and homey. It settles us and allows us to feel comfortable and open-up as if we were in our own environment sharing our story. We really felt like Jenny understands and she doesn’t judge us. We felt jenny understood where we were coming from and it made us feel like we were getting results.” M & A, Surrey.
Individual (one to one)
"I have been seeing Jenny just over a year now. The reason that I was seeking help was because I was suffering with crippling anxiety. With the sessions that I have done with Jenny accompanied by exercise, eating well and meditation I am now able to control my anxiety. I cannot thank Jenny enough for the help that she has given me. If you suffer from crippling anxiety, you owe it to yourself to seek help from Jenny". P, Surrey.

What is Depression?
"Depression is a common mental disorder, characterised by sadness, loss of interest or pleasure, feelings of guilt or low self-worth, disturbed sleep or appetite, feelings of tiredness and poor concentration.
