Through the process of Psychotherapy and Counselling Jenny can help you deal with your problems. Jenny works from an Integrative viewpoint. Theoretical frameworks; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy and Humanistic Psychology.
